You’re putting client contacts and shoot locations in here. Here’s exactly how that’s looked after.
Cinella runs on Supabase's managed Postgres database with the app hosted on Vercel. Everything travels over HTTPS, and data is encrypted at rest by the platform. Backups run daily.
Every row of your data - clients, shoots, invoices, contracts, enquiries - is locked to your account with database-level row security. Other accounts cannot read it, full stop.
Client portals, invoices and contracts are shared through long, unguessable links, and each shows only what you chose to share: your client never sees crew phone numbers, kit lists, internal notes or fees on the client-facing versions.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch Cinella's servers.
Your account goes read-only - nothing is deleted. Every shoot, call sheet, client and invoice stays viewable and exportable, and resubscribing brings everything back to full working order in one click.
Email hello@cinella.app from your account address and we delete your account and its data. UK GDPR applies: you can also ask for a copy of everything we hold, and the in-app backup gives you a full export any time.
The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Marketing pages ask before any advertising pixel loads, and declining is one tap. Our own traffic counting uses no cookies at all.
