Your trial ends and the app asks for a card. Nothing is charged until you add one. If you don’t, your account goes read-only: nothing is deleted, your client links keep working, and you can export everything as JSON.

Is this a Frame.io replacement
For review, yes: watermarked review copy, timestamped notes, counted rounds, one-tap approval. For hosting your masters, no.
Do my clients pay through Cinella
No. The invoice on their link carries your bank details and they pay you by bank transfer. You record the payment, or the deposit, and both of you see the balance.
