Invoices and reminders

An invoice is built from the shoot: the agreed terms, and any deposit already recorded. Pick the shoot when you build it and the client comes with it.

Your client sees the invoice on their link with your bank details, and pays you by bank transfer. Cinella does not take the payment. When money arrives, record it against the invoice with a label and a date; the balance updates and the invoice marks itself paid at zero.

You see the day the client opens the invoice. If it goes quiet, the reminder is already written: press Send reminder and it goes to them, and you will see that it went. Nothing is sent unless you press it.

If you billed a job from Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent instead, record it as invoiced elsewhere so the shoot shows as billed without a Cinella invoice.
